When you get our Gyratory Vibrating Screen, please note that in the future use, don't forget to add lubricating oil regularly. Then how often is the Rotex type gyratory screen filled with oil?

  There are 3  lubricating nipples in the machine. Two oil nipples are on the exciter or drive head, and the last one is on the drag link. Lubricating cycle is different in different parts.

Maintenance:
1. The bearing lubricating oil of the Rotex gyratory screen machine all adopts the 2# lithium-base grease. Under normal circumstances, the two bearing parts of connecting rod at output end shall be lubricated once a week, with a oil volume of 10~15 ml each time. And the bearing used for the small eccentric shaft at the feed end is lubricated once a week, with a oil volume of 40~50 ml each time.
Operation method: Unscrew the bolt at the upper end of the small shaft, add enough lubricating oil into the hole of the small shaft, and then screw the bolt into the bottom, press all the oil into the bearing, and repeat twice.

2. The bearing of drive part shall be refueled once every working day, 10~15 ml at a time, and make a refueling record.
Operation method: There are oil filler nozzles on the upper and lower sides of the driver. Press the lubricating oil into the bearing with the oil gun.

3. After the drive is used for six months, the oil quality should be checked in time. If the grease is found to be dry, there are hard blocks, or the oil is not smooth, it should be cleaned immediately, and replace the new oil. The bearing is required to be cleaned and checked every half a year.
